Throughout his career, Jeffery has held senior leadership positions with healthcare organizations including Cottage Hospital, Guthrie, and Ascension. His experience includes serving as Senior Director of Operations, Director of Ambulatory Services, and Director of Practice Administration, with responsibilities encompassing organizational performance, clinical operations, financial accountability, strategic planning, and operational improvement. His leadership background includes oversight of multidisciplinary healthcare operations, with an emphasis on aligning clinical services, administrative functions, and financial objectives.
